I have 5 areas of my lawn that has 5 four to five foot round circles on my lawn before and after my gate to the front back yard and in the back yard. This is a new sod and this company is destroying the grass that I spent putting down. 2 phone calls and no reply in 2 weeks. I would not recommend this company and it’s broken promises.

Jay, I have not received any pictures of my lawn. When you first came to my home in Spring Hill, you took several photos and emailed them to me. I was hoping that I could see just how my lawn has been doing since your company has started servicing my lawn. I would appreciate it if you could take a few photos of the lawn and send it to me via email. I just sent you and email on your website concerning some issue I have . Please advise. Thank you for your cooperation concerning these matters.

Keeping Pools Clean in Dunedin, FL

A pool in Dunedin is regarded as both a blessing and a battle. An afternoon swim is made to feel perfect by the Gulf breeze, but salt and moisture are also carried by it, and equipment is quietly worn down. The air is not the only factor—Dunedin’s water supply is known to run hard at around 160 PPM, and calcium and minerals are left behind. Your water is clouded by them, and your pump, filter, and tile are coated like stubborn barnacles. With chlorine burned off by intense midday UV, and oak pollen and debris dumped straight into your skimmer by sudden summer downpours, keeping your pool pristine can feel like a second job.

That’s where our help is called for. Leaves are not merely scooped, and the job is not merely called done. Top-tier pool service in Dunedin is provided by us and is built around the specific challenges of Pinellas County’s coast. When our services are chosen, a local team is provided—one that understands the rhythm of Dunedin seasons, from the oak and cedar pollen that coats everything in early spring to the triple-digit humidity that pushes your pool to its limits. Our approach begins with your pool being treated like our own, and proven techniques are used to keep it swimmable and safe year-round..

Pool Repair & Pump Service in Dunedin

A leaking pump, a cracked filter housing, or a heater that won’t kick on doesn’t have to mean a full replacement. Our Dunedin technicians diagnose common pool equipment problems fast and fix them right — often on the same visit. If you’re not sure whether something needs a simple fix or a bigger repair, a quick inspection will tell you exactly what’s going on and what it’ll cost before we do any work.

Your solution is just one conversation away.

Why Pools in Dunedin Need Regular Maintenance

Dunedin’s climate is classified as humid subtropical with no dry season, and the story is told by the numbers: average summer highs are recorded around 88°F, humidity is recorded near 73%, and more than seven inches of rain are recorded in September alone. The water is not merely warmed by that kind of sustained heat and moisture—chlorine is destroyed, and algae is invited to bloom in as little as 48 hours when water temperatures are pushed above 88°F. When Dunedin’s hard water—measured as 16% harder than the national average—is added, a recipe for scaling, cloudy water, and equipment failure is created.

That is why weekly pool maintenance in Dunedin is not to be treated as a luxury; it is regarded as a necessity. During our weekly visits, a full chemistry check, debris removal, filter inspection, and equipment assessment are included, so small issues can be caught before expensive repairs are required. A systematic approach to pool chemical balancing in Dunedin is used, and your water is kept soft, clear, and comfortable even when rising temperatures and continued rainfall are experienced.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I schedule pool cleaning service in Dunedin?

For most Dunedin homes, weekly pool cleaning service in Dunedin is strongly recommended year-round. Unlike northern markets, where pools are left dormant, water temperatures are kept above 60°F even in winter by Dunedin’s climate, meaning algae activity is never fully stopped. With weekly service, your water is kept balanced, and your equipment is protected from the hard water and salt air by which wear is accelerated.

Florida storms can dump debris, dilute your chemicals, and throw your pH off in a matter of hours. After a heavy rain, we do an extra round of skimming and debris removal, then re-test and adjust your chemistry. If you’re not on a weekly plan, it’s worth calling us for a one-time green pool cleanup in Dunedin to get things back on track before algae takes hold.

Absolutely. If a problem with your pump, filter, or heater is spotted during a maintenance visit, you will be notified. Most minor repairs are handled on-site—pool pump repair in Dunedin, FL, included—so the hassle of calling a separate contractor is saved. Salt-air corrosion is commonly identified as the culprit here, and it is addressed before a full replacement is required.

Yes. Pool filter cleaning in Dunedin is a standard part of our service. Whether you have a cartridge, DE, or sand filter, we’ll make sure it’s clean and free-flowing. This is especially important here because Dunedin’s hard water accelerates mineral buildup on filter media, and the oak pollen that blankets the area each spring clogs filters faster than most homeowners expect.

We do. If you prefer to handle the physical cleaning yourself but want professional pool water balancing in Dunedin, we offer a chemical-only option that focuses on testing and adjusting your water. It’s a great fit for hands-on homeowners who still want expert oversight on pH, alkalinity, and stabilizer levels.

Absolutely. Long-term relationships are something we genuinely enjoy building through weekly service—but one-time cleanups are offered too. If your pool has gone green, or it’s being opened for the season, it can be brought back to swimmable condition, usually within a couple of days.
